患者男,82岁,因反复胸闷、气促1年于2009年2月13日收入院.既往有高血压病40余年,有阵发性心房颤动病史2年余,吸烟史40年.入院查体：血压130/90 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa）,两肺呼吸音清晰,未及干湿性啰音,心率68次/分,律齐,未及病理性杂音,肝脾肋下未触及,双下肢无浮肿.
