血小板活化因子受体在不同病理类型卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 卵巢上皮性癌(卵巢癌)是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一,病理类型复杂,包括卵巢浆液性腺癌、黏液性腺癌、子宫内膜样癌及透明细胞癌等.目前的治疗方式仍然是手术及术后辅以铂类和紫杉醇等药物为主的化疗,但效果不满意,5年生存率仍徘徊在40%左右[1].
