不典型主动脉夹层的64层螺旋CT表现

摘要 目的:探讨不典型主动脉夹层(AAD)的64层螺旋CT表现。方法:对临床怀疑主动脉夹层的患者采用64层螺旋CT进行增强前后扫描,共发现AAD患者12例,并参照Stanford分类法进行分型。结果:12例中A型4例,B型8例。所有病例增强扫描均表现为主动脉壁呈半月形或环形增厚,达4~11mm,增强后无强化,均未发现典型主动脉夹层的撕裂内膜片,均无双腔显示。50.0%伴有不同程度的心包积液,58.3%伴有少量胸腔积液。结论:AAD的多层螺旋CT主要特点为无撕裂内膜片和双腔显示,主动脉壁新月形或环状增厚,增强扫描无强化。
