CpG-ODN7909与X射线辐射对人肺腺癌A549细胞的协同治疗作用

摘要 放疗是恶性肿瘤的重要治疗措施之一,但肿瘤细胞自身对放射线的抗拒性往往导致放疗失败,寻找行之有效的放射增敏剂是多年来肿瘤研究领域倍受关注的热点.含非甲基化胞嘧啶-鸟嘌呤的寡聚核苷酸序列(CpG-oligodeoxynucleotidea,CpG-0DN),能被脊椎动物的树突状(DC)细胞和B淋巴细胞内Toll样受体9(toll like receptor 9,TLR9)识别,通过下游的信号级联反应,产生多种细胞因子,激活机体的免疫系统.
