婴儿巨大胸腺增生一例报道及文献复习被引量：1

摘要巨大胸腺增生（massive thymic hyperplasia,MTH）是一类非常罕见的疾病,少于50例的病例曾被报道[1].本文报告1例9个月的女婴巨大胸腺增生,结合文献复习对该病变的临床特点、诊断、治疗及鉴别诊断进行探讨.
