摘要 根据无气隙平稳充型浇注系统设计原则,设计了MT-3型摩擦缓冲器箱体的浇口杯、直浇道、横浇道以及内浇道,并模拟了箱体铸件的充型凝固过程,模拟结果表明,浇注系统充型过程平稳,金属凝固按照顺序凝固方式进行,避免了卷气、缩孔缺陷。 According to the principle of smooth filling without gas gap, the pouring basin, sprue, runner and ingate of MT-3 tank were designed.The filling and solidification process were also simulated. It was found that the filling process was smooth, and the melt solidified progressively. The shrinkage and the entrapment of oxide were avoided.
