摘要
提出在低压铸造充型过程中,在不同截面采用不同的内浇道速度的方法,结合数值模拟,分析与验证了变斜率的有效性。对于简单件,在内浇道处采用比较低的速度,进入大截面后,提高速度,当从大截面流入小截面后,适当减小速度,而从小截面流向大截面时,则尽可能的降低速度,为了防止充型结束时,产生额外的压力,也降低了速度。最后,得到了内浇道速度-时间的关系。
In low pressure die casting filling process, the ideal of changing the different section of ingate with different thickness of the casting was put forward. Based on numerical simulation analysis the effectiveness of varying ingate section was verified. For a simple casting at the gate relatively low velocity is used, when filling into a large cross section with the appropriate speed. While the flow from a large cross section into small cross section appropriately reduced the speed, and the flow filling from small section to large cross section then take possible relatively reduced speed, in order to prevent additional pressure resulted in the end of filling, it also reduces the filling speed. Finally, the relationship?of gate velocity and time obtained.
