摘要
应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对轴类件的楔横轧成形过程进行数值模拟,分析了楔入段和展宽段应力应变的变化规律,为进一步从理论上掌握楔横轧的变形规律提供了有力、可靠的手段和方法,为楔横轧的理论研究和工艺发展打下了良好的基础。
The cross wedge rolling of shaft part is simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software,analyzing the wedge section and stretching stage variation of stress and strain,in order to provide a powerful and reliable means and methods for further grasping the deformation rule of cross wedge rolling theoretically and making a good foundation for cross-wedge rolling of theoretical research and technology development.
