摘要 目的 通过对注射器抽吸获取不同抽吸量所产生压力大小的测定,初步探讨测定的结果 在自体脂肪移植中的应用.方法 使用5、10、20、60ml注射器,分别抽拉1、2、3、4、5、10、20、30、40ml各15次,并记录产生压力的相应数值,对所有数据进行统计分析.结果 5、10、20、60 ml注射器抽拉容量相同时,所产生的负压是相同的(P>0.05);当注射器抽拉容量<20 ml时,其所产生的负压随抽拉容量增加而明显增加(P<0.01);当注射器抽拉容量介于20~30ml时,其所产生的负压随抽拉容量的增加而增加的幅度减小(P<0.01);当抽拉容量>30 ml时,负压不再随抽拉容量的增加而明显的增加(P>0.05);注射器抽吸方向不同,产生的负压不同(P<0.01).结论 本研究可以为临床应用注射器获取白体脂肪进行移植时提供参考. Objective To measure negative pressures caused by different size syringes and study primarily the application of our results in autologous fat transplantation. Methods Different size syringes (5,10, 20, 60 ml) were used to aspirate different volumes ( 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 ml) respectively and the relative pressures were recorded. Each measurement was repeated 15 times. The data were analyzed with SPSS 11 5 sta tistics software. Results The same pressure could be obtained by the same volume of different syringes when 5, 10, 20 ml and 60ml syringes were used ( P 〉 0. 05). When aspirated volume was less than 20 ml, negative pres sure raised obviously in relationship to the increase of aspirated volume (P 〈0. 01 ). Whwn aspirated volume was between 20 rrd and 30 ml, negative pressure raised slowly in relationship to the increase of aspirated volunw ( P 〈 0. 01 ). When aspirated volume exceeded 30 ml, the negative pressure would not change accordingly ( P 〉 0.05 ). The syringes produced different negative pressures in different aspirated directions ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion This study can provide some reference value in autologous fat transplantation with syringes.
