摘要
综述了近年来软磁铁氧体纳米粉(晶)的制备方法及热动力学性质的研究进展。软磁铁氧体纳米粉(晶)的制备主要采用共沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、水热法、微乳液法等湿化学方法。软磁铁氧体中阳离子的热稳定性,组成与空位及阳离子分布的关系。
The preparation methods and thermal kinetics of soft magnetic ferrite nano sized powders were reviewed.The preparation of nano sized soft magnetic ferrite powder mainly includes such wet chemical methods as coprecipitation method,sol gel method,hydrothermal method and microemulsion method,etc.The cationic thermal stability,the relation among content,vacancy and cationic distribution in soft magnetic ferrite,electricity conductivity and so on are the most interesting aspects in thermal kinetics study.
