CT引导下臭氧盘内注射对椎间盘源性腰腿痛的诊断与治疗价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨CT引导下医用臭氧椎间盘内注射对椎间盘源性腰腿痛的诊断与治疗价值。方法:利用臭氧气体作为阴性对比剂,并发挥其氧化治疗作用,对108例临床症状和影像初查一致怀疑为单节段椎间盘源性腰腿痛患者行CT引导下经皮间盘内臭氧注射,观察气体弥散形态,并随访患者症状变化情况,总结疗效。结果:术后随访3~6月,平均5月;108例患者中96例术后腰腿痛症状基本消失,12例下腰痛症状明显减轻;42例纤维环不同程度部分撕裂,66例纤维环向后完全断裂,气体溢出椎间盘;108例椎间盘注射臭氧时均诱发疼痛。结论:CT引导下臭氧椎间盘内注射对椎间盘源性腰腿痛既有造影诊断价值,又有很好的治疗作用。 Objective: To study the diagnosis and therapeutic value of discogenic backleg pain by CT-guided injection of medical ozone. Methods:Ozone gas was used as a negative contrast agent and also worked with its oxidation. 108 patienls of suspected single segmem discogenic backleg pain with early clinical symptoms and coincident imaging diagnosis underwent CT guided per cutaneous injection of ozone inside the intervertebral disc. Gas diffusion form was observed,and 1he symptom changes of the pa tients were followed up. Results:3-6 months (average months) postoperative follow up showed that symptoms of 96 patients in 108 with backleg pain disappeared after treatment, 12 cases achieved obvious remission; 42 patients with different degrees of partial tear of the annulus, 66 cases of fibrous ring backward complete rupture and gas overflowing the disc; 108 cases with pain evoked from the injection of ozone. Conclusion:CT-guided intradiseal ozone injection is valuable on both imaging diagnosis and treatment of discogenic hackleg pain.
