二次经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切治疗非浸润性膀胱肿瘤

Re-transurethral resection treatment for invasion bladder tumor

目的:探讨非浸润性膀胱肿瘤的有效治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术+二次经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBt+R-TURBt)治疗膀胱肿瘤73例和行膀胱部分切除术(开放手术组)治疗膀胱肿瘤67例的临床资料,将各指标进行统计学处理。结果:TURBt+R-TURBt组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症等均明显小于开放手术组。结论:TURBt+R-TURBt治疗非浸润性膀胱肿瘤,具有操作简单、可重复多次操作、手术损伤小、术后恢复快、疗效确切等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate a better treatment of the no invasion bladde tumor.Methods： 140 cases of non-invasive bladder tumor patients were treated by TURBT ＋ R-TURBT（73 cases） and treated by partial cystectomy（67 cases）.All the data were analyzed statistically.Results： The operation time,blood loss,postoperative complications,postoperative recurrence rate of TURBT ＋ R-TURBT group were less than surgery partial cystectomy group.Conclusion： TURBT ＋ R-TURBT have such advantages as simple surgical manipulation,less trauma,faster recovery,repeatedly performable process and safety.It is an ideal therapy for treating no invasion bladder tumor.
