无锡地区健康人群血浆载脂蛋白M水平的检测

The concentration of plasma apolipoprotein M in normal healthy people from Wuxi city of Jiangsu province

目的：建立无锡地区健康人群血浆载脂蛋白M（ApoM）的正常范围。方法：使用人血浆ApoMELISA检测试剂盒,对800份无锡地区健康人群血浆ApoM进行检测,分析无锡地区健康人群血浆ApoM浓度正常值范围,并对血浆ApoM浓度与性别、年龄进行相关性研究。结果：无锡地区健康人群血浆ApoM蛋白质量浓度中位值为22.31 mg.L-1。女性健康人群血浆ApoM浓度与年龄正相关,男性健康人群血浆ApoM浓度与年龄无明显相关。绝经期前女性血浆ApoM质量浓度的参考值范围为13.54~27.32 mg.L-1。绝经期后女性及正常男性人群血浆ApoM质量浓度参考值范围为13.85~30.68 mg.L-1。结论：无锡地区健康人群血浆ApoM质量浓度为22.31 mg.L-1。

Objective： To establish the reference values of plasma apolipoprotein M with competetive ELISA in human healthy individuals from Wuxi city of Jiangsu Province.Methods： A competetive ELISA for the quantification of apolipoprotein M in 800 normal healthy human plasma form Wuxi city of Jiangsu province was performed.The reference values of normal healthy individuals were established and the relationships of plasma apolipoprotein M and ages and sexes were investigated.Results： ApoM content in the healthy human plasma pool was 22.31 mg·L-1.Plasma concentrations of apolipoprotein M were positively correlated with ages of women.The plasma concentration of apolipoprotein M was 13.54~27.32 mg·L-1 in women before menopause and that was 13.85~30.68 mg·L-1 in men and women after menopause.Conclusion： The concentration of plasma apolipoprotein M is 22.31 mg·L-1 for normal individuals of Wuxi city.
