经桡动脉途径行心肌梗死急诊介入治疗安全性及疗效探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死经桡动脉途径行急诊冠状动脉介入治疗的疗效和安全性。方法:选择急诊介入治疗心肌梗死患者353例。经桡动脉途径190例,经股动脉途径163例。按常规行梗塞相关冠状动脉介入治疗。结果:经桡动脉途径介入治疗成功率为98%,与经股动脉途径(97%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经桡动脉途径局部并发症发生率显著低于经股动脉途径。结论:经桡动脉途径行急诊冠状动脉介入治疗是安全有效的。
