乳腺癌彩色多普勒血流分布类型与分子生物学的相关性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌彩色多普勒血流分布类型与肿瘤标记物ER、PR、C-erbB-2、VEGF、Ki-67和P53之间的相关性研究。方法 100例乳腺癌患者,分析其术前超声血流分布类型与术后肿瘤标记物(ER、PR、C-erbB-2、VEGF、Ki-67和P53)的表达情况,并分析它们之间的相关性。结果 100例乳腺癌患者,肿块共103个,其中血流周边型23个,穿入型46个,内部型30个,无血流4个。穿入型血流与VEGF和Ki-67阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.01),与P53阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌彩色多普勒血流分布类型与分子生物学之间存在一定相关性,可以根据其声像图中血流分布类型对乳腺癌的生物学行为和预后进行评估。 Objective To investigate the correlation between color Doppler flow imaging patterns and the postoperative expression of ER,PR,C - erbB - 2,VEGF, Ki - 67 and p53 in tumor tissue. Methods One hundred patients with breast cancer were enrolled in this study, their preoperative color Doppler flow imaging patterns and postoperative expression of ER, PR, C - erbB -2,VEGF,Ki -67 and pf3 were analyzed, their correlation was analyzed. Results In 103 breast tumor tissues ,peripheral vaseularity were detected in 23 lesions,penetrating vascularity in 46 lesions, central vascularity in 30 lesions, and avascularity in 4 lesions. The expression of VEGF and Ki - 67 were positively correlated to penetrating vascular pattern ( P 〈 0.01 ) , as well as the expression of p^53 (p 〈 0.05 ). Couclusion There is certain correlation between color Doppler flow imaging patterns and molecular biologic factors in breast cancer. And the color Doppler flow imaging patterns can be used to assess the biologic behavior and prognosis of breast cancer.
