摘要
本文讨论应用微波探测人体皮下肿瘤的最佳工作频率。开口矩形波导探头与人体直接接触,诊断结果通过测量探头的微波反射系数而获得。建立时域有限差分法(FDTD)分析模型,分别从探头的穿透深度与分辨率两个方面进行分析,获得不同频率下探头的探测深度与可测量到的最小肿瘤之间的关系曲线,并进一步确定最佳工作频率约在4GHz 左右,此时探测效果最佳。
This paper discusses the optimum microwave freq uencies for detecting subcutaneous tumor in human body. The open ended rectangu lar waveguide probe directly contacts human body's epidermis. Diagnose results c an be obtained by measuring the microwave reflection coefficient of the probe. A ccording to the penetrating depth and resolution, the optimum microwave frequenc y for detecting human body's subcutaneous tumor is analyzed by FDTD method.The c urves of detection depth and detectable minimum tumor versus freguency are obtai ned, then it is determined that the optimal frequeny is about 4GHz. These result s are important for the microwave imaging of human body epidermis tissues and th e Computer Aided Design of the medical probes.
