高频电刀对术中监护下肢体感诱发电位的影响 被引量:3

摘要 脊髓脊柱手术中,通过下肢体感诱发电位(SEP)的术中监护,可及时发现术中因牵拉、压迫、缺血或其他因素引起的脊髓受损,术中及时去除这些因素,有效地避免并发症.以往有文献报道患者的年龄、身高、体温和血压、麻醉及手术操作在脊髓脊柱手术中对下肢SEP的影响[1],但对高频电刀影响P40波监测值的报道较少.本文通过监测术中高频电刀使用后不同时间下肢SEP监测P40波的变化,观察高频电刀对P40波幅和潜伏期的影响.
