巨大颈内动脉-原始三叉动脉动脉瘤血管内治疗一例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 持续性三叉动脉（persistent trigeminal artery,PTA）或胚胎型三叉动脉又名原始三叉动脉（primitive trigeminal artery）,是成年人中最常见的颈内动脉和基底动脉异常吻合,临床上多是偶尔发现,常伴有其他脑血管异常,包括动脉瘤.通常无症状,部分患者可表现为脑神经麻痹、三叉神经痛、后循环缺血、蛛网膜下腔出血和头痛等症状.脑血管造影可确诊,治疗上主张对症治疗.
