摘要 关节液、血液等体液中细胞因子、细胞外基质成分及其代谢产物、金属蛋白酶等生物分子的检测对关节软骨早期损伤的诊断具有重要的实用价值,对评估关节软骨损伤的临床疗效及预后也有一定意义。 According to the literature, biological molecules, such as cytokines, extracellular matrix metalloproteinase and their metabolites and other biochemical parameters from the synovial fluid, blood and other body fluids play significant praetical rule in the early diagnosis of articular cartilage injury, these biochemical markers are also important in the evaluation of clinical efficaey and prognosis of acute cartilage injury .
