无痛性慢性胰腺炎患者的临床特征 被引量：4

摘要 慢性胰腺炎（chronic pancreatitis,CP）是一种进行性胰腺炎性疾病,临床一般有两种分类方法.一是根据患者发病时间先后分为早发型和晚发型,前者表现为复发性胰腺炎,后者以典型腹泻、钙化和（或）糖尿病为特点.
