摘要
目的观察环氧合酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫腺肌病患者子宫内膜和肌组织中的表达,并探讨其在子宫腺肌病患者发病机制中的作用。方法以61例手术切除子宫患者为研究对象,其中子宫腺肌病30例为观察组,子宫肌瘤31例为对照组。采用免疫组织化学方法检测COX-2,VEGF在两组子宫内膜和肌组织中的表达。结果(1)COX-2及VEGF在异位内膜及异位内膜周围肌层的表达显著高于在位内膜和正常子宫内膜及正常子宫肌层,P均〈0.05。而COX-2及VEGF在子宫腺肌病在位内膜的表达显著高于正常子宫内膜,P均〈0.05。②子宫腺肌病的异位内膜、在位内膜及肌组织中COX-2和VEGF的表达之间有相关性。结论COX-2和VEGF是参与调控血管生成最重要的血管生长因子,提示血管生成在子宫腺肌病的发生、发展过程中可能发挥重要作用。
Objective To observe the expressions of Cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2 ) and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) in adenomyosis and to explore their roles in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis. Methods Using immunohistochemistry method,the expressions of COXo2 and VEGF in the endometrium and muscle tissue were examined in 61 patients(including 30 cases with adenomyosis and 31 cases with uterine myoma as control group) who received hysterectomy. Results (1)The expressions level of COX-2 and VEGF in ectopic endometrium and myometrium around the ectopic endometrium were significantly higher than that of eutopic endometrium, normal endometrium and normal myometrium( P 〈0. 05 ). Their expressions in the eutopic endometrium of patients with adenomyosis were significantly higher than that in normal endometrium. (2)The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF had the positive corelation in the ectopic endometriumal,eutopic endometrium and muscle tissue ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion COX-2 and VEGF are important cellular factors of promoting angiogenesis. The data demonstrate that they could probably play important roles in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis.
