摘要
目的探讨置管引流冲洗术治疗颌骨巨大囊性病变的治疗效果。方法病例选自课题组成员医院口腔科就诊的临床表现和影像学表现符合颌骨巨大囊性痛变患者104例。在临床上随机分为实验组（置管引流冲洗术）和对照组（常规手术）。结果比较两组术后两年的疗效，P〈0．05为差异有显著性。结论置管引流冲洗术手术简单，可在局麻下完成，创伤小，既根除了病变，修复了面部的膨隆畸形，又最大限度地保存颌骨的连续性，避免了因切除过多的组织给患者带来的巨大痛苦，患者容易接受，尤其是风险低，经济性好，术后复发率低，较传统手术有明显优越性。
Objective To investigate the treatment effectiveness of catheter drainage lavage for tremendous cystic lesions of jaw. Methods Patients （ n = 104 ） with cystic lesions of jaw confirmed by clinical manifestations and imaging findings were randomly divided into experimental group（ catheter drainage lavage ） and the control group（ conventional surgery）. Results The results were compared the efficacy of two years after surgery, P 〉 0.05 no significant difference hetween the two groups. Conclusions Catheter drainage lavage, simple and minimal invasiveness, can be done under local anesthesia. This method not only eradicate the lesion, repair facial bulging deformities, but also preserve the continuity of jaw in its best ,avoiding removal of excessive tissue.
