多普勒超声对宫内胚胎残留组织的诊断

The Value of Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Intrauterine Fetal Residual Tissue

目的采用多普勒超声探讨宫内胚胎组织残留的超声图像特征及其诊断。方法采用东芝8000型多普勒超声诊断仪，对102例宫内胚胎组织残留与术后病理对照。结果超声诊断阳性率为90．12％，与术后病理诊断符合率为92．12％．结论多普勒超声可对残留宫内胚胎组织做出较准确的诊断，为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。

Objective To explore the ultrasound image features and diagnosis of residues of intrauterine embryo. Methods One hundred and two patients suspected as intrauterine fetal residual underwent ultrasonic examination. Comparison was made between the results of ultrasonic： examination and pathology. Results The positive rate of uhrasonic examination was 90.2% ; Diagnose accordance rate between ultrasonography and the pathology was 92.2%. Conclusion Patients with intrauterine fetal residual has some certain ultrasound image features. Ultrasonography can make rather correct diagnosis for residues of intrauterine embryo, providing reliable basis for its treatment in clinic.
