摘要
目的通过对腘动脉不同位置加压时股总动脉瞬时波强(wave intensity,WI)负向波面积的测定,探讨加压位置对负向波面积检测结果的影响。方法应用ALOKA Prosound α10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对53例正常健康受试者左右腘动脉近心端和远心端分别加压,测其股总动脉瞬时波强的负向波面积。结果 53例受试者左右腘动脉,近心端加压:5~10s测定,左股总动脉负向波面积加压前(13.31±11.19)mmHg m/s2,加压时(40.04±27.84)mmHg m/s2;右股总动脉负向波面积加压前(12.87±10.94)mmHg m/s2,加压时(33.40±18.87)mmHg m/s2,两者比较具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。远心端加压:5~10s测定,左股总动脉负向波面积加压前(13.31±11.19)mmHg m/s2,加压时(16.32±15.08)mmHg m/s2;右股总动脉负向波面积加压前(12.87±10.94)mmHg m/s2,加压时(15.51±13.08)mmHg m/s2,加压前与加压时对比两者无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加压位置对负向波面积的测量结果有影响,加压位置与测量点间的距离越大测量所需的间隔时间越长。
Objective The negative area(NA) of instantaneous wave intensity(WI) in subjects'femoral arteries was measured by pressurizing different location of their popliteal arteries to study the influence of the pressurizing location on NA of WI.Methods 53 health volunteers were enrolled and ProSoundα10 color Doppler ultrasonograph(ALOKA) was applied to measure their NA of WI of the femoral arteries by pressurizing at the proximal end and distal end of their popliteal arteries,respectively.Results Measurement of 53 volunteers shows statistical significances in negative area of WI before and during proximal pressurizing left(13.31±11.19)mmHg m/s2 vs(40.04±27.84)mmHg m/s2;right(12.87±10.94)mmHg m/s2 vs(33.40±18.87)mmHg m/s2 P0.001 and no statistical significance in negative area of WI before and during distal pressurizing left(13.31±11.19)mmHg m/s2 vs(16.32±15.08) mmHg m/s2;right(12.87±10.94) mmHg m/s2 vs(15.51±13.08)mmHg m/s2 P0.05.Conclusions Pressurizing location has impact on negative area of instantaneous wave intensity.The longer distance between the pressurizing and measuring location,the longer time would be required to detect NA of WI in femoral artery
