乳腺单纯型黏液腺癌声像图特征与病理基础分析

Analysis of the sonographic characteristics of pure mucinous adenocarcinoma of breast and its pathological basis

目的探讨乳腺单纯型黏液腺癌声像图特征及形成的病理基础,以提高对乳腺单纯型黏液腺癌的诊断水平。方法对46例(47个)乳腺单纯型黏液癌的超声声像图与病理特点进行回顾性分析。结果 47个病灶超声显示边界清晰者45个,后方回声增强者22个,病灶内部出现小区无回声19个。以超声检查术前提示乳腺癌为正确诊断,诊断乳腺癌的敏感度为61.7%。结论单纯型黏液腺癌具有边界清晰,后方回声增强,病灶内部出现小区无回声的超声图像特点。

Objective To investigate the acoustic image characteristics of pure mucinous adenocarcinoma of breast and its pathological basis.Methods The characteristics of ultrasonic images and pathological characters in 46 cases（47 in quantity） with pure mucious ademocarcinoma of breast were analyzed retrospectivly.Results The results showed that there were 45 cases with lumps of clear edge,22 cases with posterior acoustic enhancement and 19 cases with local echoless area inside lump.In this paper,we set the notification of breast carcinoma prior to operations by ultrasound to be correct diagnosis and sensitivity was 61.7%.Conclusions Pure mucinous adenocarcinoma of the breast shows characteristics of clear edges,posterior acoustic enhancement with local echoless area inside lump on ultrasound.
