摘要 目的探讨影响肠系膜动脉64排螺旋CT血管造影成像质量的因素。方法 50例行全腹部MSCT动脉期追踪增强扫描,注射对比剂速率分别为3.0ml/s(23例)及4.0ml/s(27例),扫描获得原始数据后,采用容积再现(VR)、三维最大密度投影(3D MIP)、薄层滑块最大密度投影(STS-MIP)技术进行图像后处理。结果 50例肠系膜动脉均显示;对比剂注射速率为4.0ml/s肠系膜细小分支、肠壁血管网及吻合支的显示优于注射速率为3.0ml/s;VR及3D MIP图像可显示肠系膜动脉4-级以下分支;STS-MIP图像可显示4级以上分支至肠壁血管网,并可显示腹腔干(CA)与肠系膜上动脉(SMA)间、SMA内部及部分SAM与肠系膜下动脉(IMA)间吻合支;对于4级以下分支的显示VR及3D MIP更为直观,对于4级以上分支显示STS-MIP优于VR及3D MIP。结论 64排螺旋CT血管造影可获得良好的肠系膜动脉的图像,是一种无创、快捷、准确的检查方法,能为临床治疗肠系膜动脉病变提供依据。 Objective To evaluate the anatomical features of mesenteric artery by CT angiography on 64-slice spiral CT and the different factors affecting on image quality.Methods All 50 regulars without abnormal alimentary had tracted thin-section abdominal enhanced MSCT scanning with arterial phase blous trak of whole abdomen.The injection rates of contrast: 3.0ml/s(23 cases) and 4.0ml/s(27 cases).Obtained the raw data after the scaning.Using three reconstruction techniques including the volume rendering(VR),3D maximum intensity projection(3D MIP),slip-thin-slab maximum intensity projection(STS-MIP) to process the images.Results Mesenteric arteries were displayed in 50 cases.The small branches and the anastomotic branches were displayed more clearer with the injection rate of 4.0ml/s than the injection rate of 3.0ml/s.Below level 4 branches of the mesenteric artery were well displayed with VR and 3D MIP images.Above level 4 the branches of the mesenteric artery and the anastomotic branches were well displayed with STS-MIP images.The display effects of mesenteric arteries on three reconstruction techniques were compared with each other.STS-MIP was superior to VR and 3D MIP in displaying the small branches.Conclusions We can obtain the good images of the mesenteric artery with CT angiography on 64 slice spiral CT.MSCTA is a non-invasive,fast and accurate techniques.It is helpful for diagnosing and treating The schemic or inflammatory bowel diseases.
