摘要
目的探讨超声引导下浅表肿块穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法对46例浅表肿块病例在超声引导下穿刺活检的方法和病理结果进行分析。结果超声引导下对浅表肿块的穿刺活检成功率100%,取材满意率达100%,其中良性病例30例,恶性病例16例。结论超声引导下对浅表肿块的穿刺活检,操作简便、损伤小、成功率高,是浅表肿块明确诊断病理性质的有效手段。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of ultrasound-guided biopsy for superficial masses.Methods Forty-six cases with superfical tumors were punctured under the guidance of ultrasound.The puncture methods and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Result The success rate of ultrasound-guided biopsy of superficial masses was 100%,the specimen was satisfied in 100% cases,There were 30 cases benign,16 cases malignant.Conclusion It is an effective means for superficial tumors to get pathological diagnosis by ultrasound-guided biopsy,which is simple,less damage and high success rate.
