摘要
目的探讨睾丸鞘膜腔内结石的超声声像图特点。方法回顾性分析21例睾丸鞘膜腔内结石的超声表现,总结其声像图特征。结果在21例睾丸鞘膜腔内结石的超声表现中,21例均为强光团,18例后伴声影,21例强光团均可移动。所有病例均经手术证实。结论强光团、后伴声影、可移动是睾丸鞘膜腔内结石的主要超声征像。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of calculi in the cavity of perididymis on ultrasonography.Methods Ultrasonographic features and surgical results of 21 cases with calculi in the cavity of perididymis were compared and analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 21 cases presented hyperechogenic on ultrasonography.There were 18 cases with acoustic shadow and all calculi moved as position changed.All cases were confirmed by operation.Conclusion The major characteristics of calculi in the cavity of perididymis on ultrasonography are hyperechogenic with acoustic shadow and calculi moved as position changed.
