近年来职业生涯教育在日本教育改革中倍受重视,日本各个教育阶段都建立了与之相适应的课程体系。日本的高中阶段更是在符合学生身心发展规律、符合学校和地方情况的课程建设方面积累了大量经验。当前在日本推进职业生涯教育的过程中,学校正在逐步加强与地方、企业之间的联系,这方面的一系列举措对职业生涯教育小学、初中、高中一体化课程改革作出了重大贡献。

In recent years,career education has become the focus of educational reform in Japan.Every period of school education has built up curriculum system which adapts to career education.In the high schools of Japan,there has been rich experience on curriculum construction which conforms to students mental and physical development,also conforms to schools and local communities situation.During the process of developing career education in Japan,the communication between schools and local communities,as well as the relationship between schools and enterprises are being strengthened,and a serious of methods on this has made great contributions to career education integrated curriculum reform in primary schools,middle schools and high schools.
