摘要
研究了野生灌木铁线莲（Clematis fruticosa）和灰叶铁线莲（Clematis tomentella）种子的千粒重、含水量、种子形态及种子萌发特性。试验结果表明,在设定的温度范围15~30℃内,种子萌发率有明显不同。灌木铁线莲、灰叶铁线莲种子发芽历程长,始发芽时间晚,在20℃条件下发芽率均达到最高,分别为86.7%、89.3%。光照对2种铁线莲种子的最终发芽率影响不大,但却显著降低了发芽势,黑暗条件更有利于2种野生铁线莲种子的萌发。
The 1000-seeds weight,moisture content,seed morphology and germination characteristics from 2 wild species of Clematis sect.Fruticella were investigated.The results showed that the opportune germination temperature was 20℃ for Clematis fruticosa and Clematis tomentella with germination rate 86.7%,89.3% separately.Light had little effects on seed germination level,but the germinating energy was significantly decreased.The dark environment was propitious for the seed germination of the 2 wild species of clematis.
