摘要
以玉米杂交种垦玉6和龙单13及其亲本为试验材料,提取基因组DNA,利用SSR标记进行玉米杂交种子的纯度鉴定。结果表明,本试验提取方法获得的DNA质量高,可进行正常的SSR扩增,并且从20对玉米SSR引物中筛选出4对扩增谱带呈双亲互补型的引物,扩增谱带清晰,可以对垦玉6、龙单13杂交种子的纯度进行鉴定。
In this study,used maize hybrids of Ken Yu6,Longdan-13 and parents as the materials to extract genomic DNA,and then examined hybrid seed purity by SSR markers.The results showed that the method of DNA extraction could obtain high quality DNA,which could be used for normal SSR amplification.Two pairs primers were screened out whose amplified bands showed parents complementary from 20 pairs of maize core primers,and the amplified bands were clear and identifiable.The purity of hybrid seeds Ken Yu6,Longdan-13 could be identified accurately.
