五倍子酸对H22肝癌细胞荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察五倍子酸(trihydroxybenzoic acid,TBA)对小鼠移植性肝癌H22肿瘤生长的抑制作用。方法建立移植性H22肝癌细胞荷瘤小鼠模型,每组10只,TBA高、中、低剂量组TBA溶液0.50g/kg、0.25g/kg、0.13g/kg灌胃给药;对照组0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠溶液0.2mL/10g灌胃给药;阳性对照组CTX20mg/kg腹腔注射,每天固定时问给药一次,连续给药10d。观察各组小鼠实体瘤重,计算抑瘤率,HE染色检测肿瘤组织细胞形态变化。结果TBA0.50g/kg、0.25gZkg和0.13g/kg组小鼠平均瘤重不同程度下降,其中TBA0.25g/kg组平均瘤重与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),TBA三组抑瘤率分别为24.83%、45.52%和15.86%。结论TBA灌胃给药可以不同程度抑制H22肿瘤的生长。 Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of TBA on H22 transplanted tumor in mice. Method H22 tumor bearing mice were used as model. There were 10 in each group. TBA was administered by oral in TBA high ( 0.50 g/kg), middle ( 0.25 g/kg) and low ( 0.13 g/kg) dose group. 0.5 % sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution 2 mL/10g i was administered by oral in control group. CTX 20 mg/kg was injected intragastric in positive control group. The tumor bearing mice were administered once a day at fixed time and continuous administered for 10 days. Then, the tumor were weighted and tumor inhibition rate were observed in each group, the tumor cell morphology was Observed by HE staining. Result The average tumor weight reduced in TBA groups, in which TBA 0. 250 g/kg group compared with the control group, the differences were significant( P 〈 0.05 ) , the inhibitory rate of TBA 0.50 g/kg,0.25 g/kg and 0.13 g/kg group were 24.83% ,45.52% and 15.86% respectively. Conclusion TBA could inhibit H22 tumor growth of tumor bearing mice by oral administration.
