Lightweight Research on Space Camera Framework

摘要 对某在轨运行的航天相机框架进行了轻量化研究。在保留了原有结构的基础上,通过更换材料的方式对已有的框架进行了几种可能的改造,通过有限元计算分析了各框架对任务的满足程度、各种材料框架的优劣,将质量降低了14%,谐振频率提高了8%。 A lightweight framework of some space camera in orbit was researched. The framework was improved by changing its material based on its former structure. Several changed frameworks were analyzed with finite element method. Analysis results showed that the new framework had less mass(14% decreased) and higher fundamental frequency (8% increased).
