摘要
介绍了荧光法测量桶装饮用水中微量细菌检测仪的结构及自动控制系统的设计。通过采用斩波运算放大器ICL7650、二阶反相型低通有源滤波器结合高性能嵌入式微控制器和检测程序,既保证了仪器在桶装饮用水中微量细菌的检测实时性,同时由于机器本身体积较小,使随机抽样检测获得了可能。
A new instrument for testing trace bacteria in bottled drinking water online by fluorimetry was introduced,and the autonomatic control system was designed. Through using operational amplifier ICL7650, second-order reverse-phase low pass filter, embedded MCU with high performance and testing programm in the instrument, the real-time testing could be ensured and the immediate sampling inspection could be possible.
