摘要
中国对外经贸交流与合作日益频繁,法律翻译市场也不断扩大,法律合同和文本的专业化翻译日趋明显。为使高校外语和法律教学面向世界,急需在高校建立法律翻译教学机制,提高专业化,满足经济服务和社会需求。实现外语和专业综合化、社会化,法律专业涉外化、国际化,高校公共外语教育专业服务化、实用化,乃至达到翻译专业、外语专业和法律专业教学的复合化、综合化,从而加大既懂外语又懂法律的复合式人才的培养力度。
With the increase of global business and communications,legal translation is booming.This gives rise to the education of forensic translation in universities.Obviously the major should be profession and market-oriented in translation,law and foreign languages.
