摘要
美国高校教师教学评价可分为四种:学生评价、同行评价、教师自我评价和系主任评价。经过上百年发展,美国高校教师教学评价已形成了自己的特色,具有了包括重视形成性教师教学评价、注重评价方法的科学性与多样性、注重评价的连续性、评价过程中被评教师处于积极主动状态等特点。目前我国高校教师教学评价正处于深入开展阶段,应借鉴美国经验,进一步完善我国高校教师教学评价。
There are four evaluations of teaching in American universities,student evaluation,peer evaluation,self-evaluation and administrator evaluation.American evaluation has formed its own system with diversity and unity stressing the formative teaching evaluation.The teachers who are evaluated are not passive.Therefore,it is concluded that the American experiences are worth learning in China.
