老年2型糖尿病患者血糖波动与视网膜病变的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者血糖波动与视网膜病变的关系。方法 58例老年2型糖尿病患者经眼底检查或荧光造影,根据视网膜病变程度分为眼底正常组(25例)、眼底渗出组(18例)及眼底增值组(15例);应用动态血糖监测系统对患者血糖连续监测72h,计算平均血糖水平(MBG)、标准差(SD)、平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE),并同时检测一般生化指标及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)。结果与正常组比较,视网膜病变组患者糖尿病病程、收缩压(SBP)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及HbA1C均明显增高(P<0.05);MBG、SD及MAGE随眼底病变程度逐渐增高(P<0.05)。结论血糖波动是老年2型糖尿病视网膜病变相关的危险因素。
