摘要
介绍了瓜环化学的概念、定义,瓜环的结构特征及应用的新进展。重点综述了:①多种新型瓜环化合物的合成;②瓜环化合物的超分子自组装;③瓜环主体与分子离子客体包合物的形成。期望能在医药学、生命科学、材料科学、环境科学及能源科学的应用上更有意义。
The concepts and definitions in chemistry of cucurbiturils were introduced.The structure features,as well as the latest advancement of cucurbiturils,were presented.Synthesis,supramolecular self-assembly of various new types of cucurbituril compounds,and formation of host-guest inclusion complexes of cucurbiturils were reviewed mainly.More significant developments were in the fields of medicine,life science,material science,environment science and energy science etc.
