益气化痰组方对小鼠机体功能的作用机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨益气化痰方对小鼠机体功能状况的作用及其机制。方法 50只小鼠随机分为对照组,低、中、高剂量组、急支糖浆组,每组10只,采用对比法,对小鼠进行氨中毒实验,观察其对急性损伤的耐受力、耐高温(55-600C)、爬杆时间观察;采用烟熏致小鼠咳嗽,观察药物对小鼠镇咳作用;最后颈椎脱臼法处死,取小鼠胸腺与脾脏,称重并计算重量指数,观察药物对小鼠免疫力的影响。结果益气化痰方可明显提高小鼠耐急性损伤能力(P<0.05);益气化痰方可以使小鼠对高温的耐受性显著增强,并可延长小鼠在高温下的生存时间(P<0.05);益气化痰方能延长因氨水导致小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,并减少小鼠的咳嗽次数(P<0.05),具有明显的抗疲劳作用。高、中剂量组可提高小鼠的胸腺和脾脏指数(P<0.05)。结论益气化痰方有良好镇咳、平喘作用,同时具有抗疲劳、抗损伤、增强机体免疫力、提高应激能力作用。 Objective To investigate the changing of functional status in mice after treated by invigorating Qi and dissolving phlegm prescription,and to explore its action mechanism.Methods The contrast method was used to carry out ammonia poisoning experiment in mice,and the mouse's tolerance to acute injury,high temperature environment(55~600C)and the time of climbing pole were observed.The cough models of mice were established by smudging,then the mice were treated by Yiqihuatan prescription to observe the effect of relieving cough,lastly,all the mice were killed by cervical dislocated,and the thymus and spleen of mice were taken out to be weighed and to calculate the mass index to observe the effect of drugs on immunity of mice.Results The invigorating Qi and dissolving phlegm prescription could significantly improve the ability of mice to resist acute injury(P〈0.05)and could prolong the time of anti-high temperature tolerance significantly,and could enhance and prolong the time of survival time in high temperature environment(P〈0.05).The latency of cough caused by ammonia in mice could be prolonged after treated by Yiqihuatan prescription,and the times of mice cough could reduced significantly(P〈0.05).The climbing pole time could be prolonged,with obvious anti-fatigue effect(P〈0.05),which could also improve and increase the thymus and spleen index(P〈0.05).Conclusion The Yiqihuatan prescription has good effects of relieving cough and antiasthma,with the effects of anti-fatigue,anti-injury,increasing immunity of organism and enhancing stress-response ability.
