摘要
目的探讨Livin和Caspase-3在宫颈鳞癌癌变中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测正常宫颈鳞状上皮22例、宫颈上皮内瘤变75例和宫颈鳞癌42例中Livin和Caspase-3的表达情况,分析其在宫颈鳞癌癌变及其进展中的可能意义。结果随宫颈鳞癌分化程度降低,Livin表达率呈增高趋势(P<0.05);Caspase-3的阳性表达率随病变程度的增高而降低(P<0.05);Livin与Caspase-3存在明显的负相关关系(r=-0.439,P<0.05)。结论 Livin与Caspase-3可能均参与了宫颈鳞状细胞癌癌变过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of Livin and Caspase-3 in the tissues of cervical squamous cell carcinoma（CSCC）and its significance.Methods The expression of Livin and Caspase-3 was detected in 22 cases of normal cervical squamous epithelium,75 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 42 cases of CSCC by immunohistochemical assay,and their possible significance in the pathogenesis and development in CSCC was analyzed.Results The expression of Livin was significantly increased with the decrease of CSCC differentiation degree（P〈0.05）,however,the positive rate of expression of Caspase-3 was obviously decreased with the increase of pathological change degree（P〈0.05）.The levels of Livin were negatively correlated with those of Caspase-3（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Livin and Caspase-3 may be involved in the carcinogenesis of CSCC.
