椭球曲面等误差加工插补探索

Research on Ellipsoid Surface by Equal-error Machining Interpolation

摘要 针对椭球曲面加工存在的问题,提出基于C++语言编程的等误差插补运算方法,通过控制误差提高椭球形曲面加工精度及效率。通过MVC400数控加工中心加工,椭球面精度能够满足精度要求,此方法也可以适用于较为复杂的非圆曲线的加工。 Ellipsoid surface is taken as an example to study non-circular curve machining.Considering that macro program is limited by complicated computations,equal-error C++ programming language is discussed,which is the method of improving curve machining error precision through controlling error.The machining made by MVC400 CN center has the character of meeting the requirement of ellipsoid surface precision,and it is more favorable to macro program in complex non-circular curve machining.
