摘要
曲轴是船用发动机的关键部件。在加工过程中常因为振动而严重影响到其加工质量。为了减小大型盘铣刀在机加工时的振动,提出了在刀盘上安装冲击减振器的设计方案,但减振器的最佳安装位置有待于确定。本文正是通过对在改变刀盘上所开圆孔的半径r和距离d(盘铣刀中心到孔中心)条件下盘铣刀的强度分析,总结出参数r和d对应力、应变量的影响规律,为预知所要安装冲击减振器的最佳半径和位置提供了依据,也为盘铣刀的结构设计提供了一种方法。
Crankshaft is the heart of marine engine,but it always produces much vibration during the process,which seriously affect the quality of the crankshaft.To reduce the vibration during machining of the large disc-mill cuter,the scheme of installing impact dampers in large disc-mill cuter is proposed.But the best installing location of impact dampers need determination.This paper analyzes the strength of large disc-mill cuter based on finite element method,through the analysis of strain and stress by changing of holes radius r and d(the distance between the center of hole and large disc-mill cuter),the law of parameters r and d influence on stress and strain is Summarized.This will provide a basis for the best radius and position of impact damper,also provide a way of structural design for disc-mill cuter.
