摘要
为提高工作效率和获得较好的实用性能,对牛头刨床机构进行优化设计。通过牛头刨床的工作原理,运用动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立虚拟样机模型,对该机构进行参数优化设计。以机构工作过程中最大压力角最小为目标函数寻优,得出满足目标的最佳模型。
In order to enhance the work efficiency and get the better application,a shaping machine is optimized.By analyzing the shaper's working theory,the virtual prototype model was built on the dynamic simulation software ADAMS,and the parameter optimization analysis was also carried out.The minimal value of mechanism maximum pressure angle as the object function and the optimum design model is obtained.
