摘要
对高碳高铬钢Cr12MoV采用快速循环热处理进行了试验研究。介绍了该钢的循环热处理工艺规范,获得的组织及性能。结果表明,Cr12MoV钢经4次循环处理后可获得均匀的超细晶粒,其力学性能明显提高。采用该规范处理的Cr12MoV钢制汽车机油泵链轮精冲模寿命可提高3倍以上。
The influence of fast cyclic heat treatment on the life of punching and shearing mold made of Cr12MoV steel was studied.The heat treatment process,the microstructure and the performance of the steel were also introduced.The results show that after 4 cycles treatment,the ultra-fine grain is uniform,and the mechanical properties increase significantly.The life of the Cr12MoV steel oil pump sprocket fine mold increase by 3 times with the new heat treatment process.
