摘要
对人的生存境域的关注是教育的人文研究的原动力,也是人文研究的价值所在。教育的人文研究者在研究的进程与被研究对象的转换过程中,需要多元文化的价值观作为研究的价值依据,是价值多元性主体的践行者;对教育理念的顿悟是教育的人文研究者摆脱纯粹事实干扰、进入教育理念的必备素养,教育的人文研究要求研究者具备敏锐而准确的顿悟力;教育理念的重构与建构是在观念中对教育场域中人的利益的干预,研究者应从场域中所有人的利益视角从事教育理念的重构与建构。
Focus on the existence conditions of human being is the motive power for researchers engaged in humanistic studies on education,also the value of the humanistic studies.Humanistic researchers on education,the principal practitioners of the value diversity,need the multi-cultural values as the value basis of research in the process of research and the change of the objects for research.The insight for educational idea is the necessary quality that humanistic researchers break away from the disturbance of the pure thing and achieve the humanistic idea of education.In the humanistic studies,the researchers should own the deep insight for educational idea.The reconstruction and building of educational idea is to intervene in the person's interests in the educational field, and researchers should reconstruct and build educational ideas from the perspective of the interests for all.
