摘要
本文以浦东新区区域推进校本研修实践为研究个案,呈现其"以建设校本研修学校为抓手、进而激活学校研修活动并促进教师专业发展"行动思路。在分析浦东实践与成果的基础上,同时基于校本研修的思想内涵及学校层面校本研修的专业特征,从目标、内容要求、行动要素三方面提出了校本研修学校的专业指引。
With the school-based research and learning(SBRL)practice featured by regional advancement in Pudong New Area as a case,this paper presents its action plan,that is,to promote teachers'professional development through the establishment of model SBRL schools and the active implementation of SBRL-related activities in these schools.After analyzing the relevant practice and achievements in Pudong District,this research,based on the connotation of SBRL and professional characteristics of SBRL on the school level,puts forward the professional orientation for SBRL from the perspectives of goals,content requirements as well as action elements.
