摘要
动力人格、特性人格和道德人格是构成知识型员工和谐人格的微生态结构的三个子系统。三个子系统核心要素所表现出的积极发展方向、相对稳定性、可量化评估、可提升工作绩效等特征,满足了知识型员工和谐人格向心理资本转化的基本条件。知识型员工和谐人格的个体表现以及群体互动如能直接推动企业经济效益的增值,便实现了和谐人格要素向心理资本的现实转化。
The micro ecological structure of knowledge-based staff's harmonious personality is made of power personality,features personality and moral personality.The characteristics of positive development,relatively stable,quantitative assessment and performance improvement,shown by the core element of three subsystems,are the basic condition of knowledge-based staff's harmonious personality transformed into psychological capital.If the individual performance and group interaction of knowledge-based staff's harmonious personality could promote economic efficiency of enterprises,the harmonious personality would transform into psychological capital.
