摘要
研究武器系统能力的过程,是通过实践不断认知武器系统能力,并不断反馈的过程。为此,提出基于认知的武器系统能力描述模式。首先,研究武器系统能力的基本概念,提出将武器系统能力分解为能力要素,直至底层的能力原子,对能力原子分析起关键作用的特性称为能力属性。其次,建立基于认知的武器系统能力描述的三维模型——包括语用维、语义维和语法维。第三,提出由语用分析、语义分析和语法描述构成的武器系统能力的描述框架。最后,通过一个案例示例以说明了模式的有效性和实用性。
Actually the process of doing research on capabilities of weapon system is that realizing capability constantly through practice,and feeding back.Therefore,pattern of describing capabilities of weapon system based on cognition is put forward.Firstly,basic concepts are analyzed.Included are the capability of weapon system,capability element,capability atom,and capability property.Capability elements and capability atoms are all capabilities,into which the top capability is separated.Capability properties are the key attributes for analyzing capability atoms.Secondly,three dimensions model of describing capabilities of weapon system based on cognition is built.Notions of capability's pragmaticism,semantics,and syntax on cognition are presented.Pragmaticism and semantics show capability's significance.Syntax is the representation of pragmaticism and semantics.Thirdly,a framework based on cognition is designed on purpose to describe capabilities of weapon system.The integrants of the framework are pragmaticism analysis,semantics analysis,and syntax description.Lastly,an example shows that the pattern is highly helpful and feasible.
