老年维吾尔族女性乳腺癌临床病理特征分析

Analysis of clinicopathological characteristics in aged Uygurs women with breast cancer

目的探讨老年维吾尔族女性乳腺癌临床病理特征。方法收集自2000年至2007年住院手术治疗的老年维吾尔族女性乳腺癌患者30例,回顾性分析其临床及病理特征,同时与非老年组维吾尔族乳腺癌患者60例作对照。结果 30例老年维吾尔族乳腺癌与非老年组相比,肿瘤部位、病理类型、淋巴结转移及免疫组化无明显差异,但在TNM分期肿块体积,病程方面有差异。结论老年维吾尔族乳腺癌有其特殊的临床及病理特点,发现较晚,应重视普查筛检和早期诊断,多采取改良根治术及辅助内分泌治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics in aged Uygurs women with breast cancer.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 30 aged Uygurs women with breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed.60 cases of non-elderly Uygurs patients with breast cancer were selected as control.Results Compared with non-elderly group,significant difference were present in disease duration,tumor size and TNM stage.There were no significant difference in pathological type,lymph node status,and immunohistochemistry between two groups.Conclusions The breast cancer of elderly Uygurs women exhibits distinctive clinical and patholgical characteristics.The screening check-ups and early diagnosis should be payed attention to.
