冲压铆接技术是实现车身新材料连接,降低车身重量的新型连接技术。介绍了冲压铆接技术及其特点,在归纳现有冲压铆接驱动装置、冲压铆接模具及冲压铆接无损检测设备的基础上,讨论了冲压铆接技术在汽车工业应用中存在的问题,认为冲压铆接模具选型及冲压力选配、冲压铆接强度关键影响因素分析及质量监控问题有待改进,为冲压铆接技术的深入研究和应用提供参考。

Clinch technology is a new joining technology which can join new material of automotive body and reduce body weight.Clinch technology and it＇s characteristic were introduced systemically.Based on summary of clinch drive equipment,clinch die and clinch nondestructive inspection equipment,the application problem of clinch technology in automotive industry were discussed.The view points are presented that clinch die and punch load selection,the key effecters of clinch joint strength and quality inspection are needed to be improved,which provides a reference for deep study and application of clinch technology.
